As mothers, we've been set up for failure by our society and culture. Here is one small way we can start to shift the paradigm.
This simple download can be a conversation starter for our families and village. Bring it up to your support people, whoever that may be. A babysitter, your parent or parent in law, your partner, your children who are old enough to help. Unfortunately women were silenced for so long that it was passed down to us that parenting and caretaking of the home was mainly the mothers responsibility. We must bear the burden of changing the culture around us. I'm right here doing that work with you for the mental health of the collective.
